1. What is PINKMD.com?
PINKMD is the first web based specialty discount network and online directory dedicated in helping individuals affected by cancer improve their quality of life, and to help restore financial freedom. We save you money by partnering with various retailers, practitioners and organizations creating an affordable network which keeps your healthcare costs down, provides financial freedom and most of all, a healthier lifestyle.
2. What do I do if I have a problem with your site?

3. Will you share my information with anyone else?
PINKMD takes privacy very seriously, and it is our policy not to sell or share your contact information to anyone. For our complete Privacy Policy, click here.
4. What if the provider I use is not listed?
We are always interested in adding qualified, caring professionals to our retail discount network. If your provider is interested in participating in the network, ask the provider to complete the Provider Nomination Form.

PINKMD membership and registration are completely FREE. No contracts, No Obligations, Cancel Anytime. PINKMD.com's sole source of revenue come from our featured advertisement listing.
2. Do I have to fill out an application to qualify for free membership?
Absolutely not. PINKMD is a retail discount network, not an insurance plan. There is never any paperwork to fill out. PINKMD's retail discount network is for anyone who wants to improve their health more affordably.

Discounts can take many forms. Most discounts are a percentage off of normal purchase prices. You can typically save 5-55% on many services that you purchase out of pocket.

7. How do I search for discounts?
Anyone can search for discounts on PINKMD.com web site. Just click "Our Discount Network" on the toolbar at the top of this page.
Select a specialty of your choice or search by business name or key word. The search results will display the selected specialties within your area. Discounts available only to PINKMD members. To receive discounts, a PINKMD membership card must be presented at the time of purchase.
8. What is the PINKMD.com Membership Card?
The PINKMD membership card is owned and operated by CRN Enterprises, LLC,. The membership card provides access to specially negotiated discounts on thousands of products and services available. These discounts are available only to registered members.
9. Will I get a membership handbook?
Once you register, a membership handbook outiling your membership benefits and promotional codes to selected network merchants will be e-mailed to you.
10. Where can I use my membership card?
The membership card can be used with any network provider that is listed in the search engine on our web site. Participating providers may offer discounts via online, phone or in person. New discounts will be announced in our newsletters so you will always know what discounts are available to you. Browse through the directory listing and look for your favorite business. If it isn't there, the next time you visit, print out and leave this provider nomination form so they can sign up too!
Pursuant to our dedicated effort to find the best discounts available, we are constantly adding information about generally available discounts while creating exclusive new discounts for our members.
11. Can my caregiver or my family use my membership card?
While some discounts associated with the membership may benefit more than one individual (for example, retreats or day spas), the membership card is not transferable and may only be used by the registered member. A separate registration is required for each individual. If you need email accounts, please call us and we will be glad to register your family with free email accounts. Or, you can go to yahoo.com and create your free email accounts before registering here.

When you join our nationwide network of providers, your listing becomes available to thousands of consumers who are searching for health and wellness products and services in your area.
2. Is my business or organization suitable?
Almost any Retailer, Provider, Practioner, and Organization can provide a discount and list it with us.
Discounts can come in the form of a percentage off your service or product -- 10% off, for example -- or a set dollar amount deducted from a given purchase – like $10 off purchases of over $50. Providers can also offer two for one specials, a free gift with purchase, discounts that are applicable during certain times of the day, or even free shipping.
Providers that agree to a discounted service will recieve a FREE listing on our web site. Providers who purchase a Basic or Premium listing will also have the opportunity to post their discounts in our newsletter and recieve industry discounts of their own.

3. How much does it cost to list my business or organization?
You can add your business listing with PINKMD.com absolutely FREE! To list your business, all you need to do is create a discount and register with our web site.
By offering our members a discount and listing it with us, you will increase your visibility and your potential market while offering a valuable service.
Compared to the cost of attracting new customers through other means, many providers have found this option to be a helpful supplement to more traditional forms of advertisement.

4. What are the benefits of a Basic or Premium Profile Listing?
A "free" listing with PINKMD has it's benefits but by purchasing a Basic or Premium Profile listing gives you access to substantial discounts which are not made available to "free" listings. When you purchase a Basic or Premium Profile Listing, you will also receive:
- Industry Discounts – PINKMD has established partnerships with companies for special discounts and other valuable benefits on products and services vital to the success of your business.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) – We have partnered with one of the largest Search Engine Optimization (SEO) companies to give ours and your website page the highest and best presence on major search engines, especially Google.

5. How do I become a participating provider?
- Read and acccept the Terms of Participation.
- Register and complete the online registration form.

6. What happens after I register?
We will contact you to verify your discount and business information. After verification, we will make your information available to our users. A New Provider Manual will be e-mailed to you, which contains information on how to use your industry discounts for the maximum benefit of your business along with a sample of the PINKMD membership card to identify our members.
7. How do I change or update my listing?
You can update your business listing and other discount details by logging into our site. Click here to log in Providers may also update their information by emailing Network@PinkMD.com, with their changes. If you choose to email us, please include your business name as well as your contact information in case we need to reach you.
8. Will you sell or use my information in any other ways?
We respect the privacy of our members – both the providers and the users – and our general policy prohibits the sale or dissemination of user information to third parties. On occasion, we may license out content in the form of our newsletters, columns, or access to our search engine. Such licenses will make information about the discounts your business offers more widely available, but they will not compromise your privacy or lead to unwanted solicitation. 10. What is PINKMD's Network Participation Criteria?
Retailers, Providers, Practitioners, and Organizations will be reviewed and considered as Participating Providers. In order to be considered for and to maintain participation, you must agree to abide by the terms of participation, and you must submit an online application for approval. Your application and discount offer will be reviewed by the discount network administrator. PINKMD will contact you via email regarding your acceptance or denial into the discount network within 5 business days.
To ensure the integrity of the network, the following terms will apply to participating providers:

Participating providers agree at all times to provide PINKMD members some form of discount and/or promotion on any product or service rendered.

Your company will commit to participating in the PINKMD network annually, unless a written non-renewal notice has been given. Should any information about your participation change, including discount levels, locations, or contact information, please email network@pinkmd.com or call (877)284-4325 immediately.

All communication from PINKMD to participating providers regarding the network will be sent via email. You must have a valid email address to receive necessary information.

For in-person transactions, registered members of PINKMD will use their PINKMD membership card to receive your discount.

You must be able to accept the PINKMD membership card and ensure that your employees are adequately trained to transact the discount without delay.

Online and phone transactions can be processed through a dedicated web link, a group user name and password, or a promotion code.

Coupons will not qualify. However, seasonal discounts and special promotions will be considered.

Your discount should be generally more than what you already offer to the general public.

Participating providers must have an active business license and/or permit. PINKMD reserves the right to confirm the status of your business license or permit and check for a satisfactory status with the Better Business Bureau.

Your participation will be subject to ongoing review by the network administration.
PINKMD reserves the right to determine if your business meets these guidelines and no correspondence will be entered into. We reserve the right to discontinue your participation if the above participation terms are not met. Provider may be terminated from the network, without refund, at any time for breach of the above mentioned provider terms or for reasons deemed unfair or unethical.
