Provider Registration Information

Promote your business today by submitting a registration form for inclusion to PINKMD.com's network. The form will include fields for the service provider/business and contact information. You will have the option to choose a "FREE" listing or purchase a Basic or Premium Profile listing and receive full network benefits. If you purchase a listing, real-time credit card processing will be available as the payment option. Check or money order payment options are also available via mail. The registration process is simple and painless, and we only ask for some very basic information. Once you have registered, you will be able to go your account to get started with posting your directory listing.

Registration Submission

After a provider submits a registration form, that information will be reviewed by the Network Administrator until approved by PINKMD (allow up to 5 business days). Anything that will be published to the site will also require approval by PINKMD. For reasons of protecting the integrity of the web site's content, No auto publishing is allowed. Once approved, we will add your listing to our searchable database.

Directory Listings

PINKMD.com's directory is a dynamic, database-driven area of the web site in which health-oriented retailers, providers, practitioners and organizations can place information about their products or services in a directory. Free Listings are not eligible for network benefits. 

We have a directory interface where you can log in and request changes to any details, add special promotions and much more.

Don't be concerned if your information is not as you would like it to be when you first register, as you will have the ability (yourself) to administer updates or changes to your information after approval to be in the Directory. If you choose to add your listing at a later time, you may do so by logging in with your user name and password.

Event Listings

In the Events Center, members will be able to view upcoming events and workshops. Network Providers will be able to submit events and workshops to PINKMD using an online form. The events and workshops listings will be reviewed for approval within seven business days. Once approved and payment has been received, the listing will be posted to the web site.

Renewal and/or Cancellation of Listings

Network Providers will be able to renew (extend) the listing(s) for their account from their account admin area. An email notification will be sent to the participating provider (30days) thirty days prior to the listing's expiration. Renewal of listings will be accomplished via a credit card.  If you choose not to renew your listing, your listing will merely expire.  The same procedure is used to purchase an Event Listing.  Otherwise, all sales are considered final.
